IT STARTED INNOCENTLY ...
The tradition of making Caffé Pascucci in the Italian town of Monte Cerignone dates back to 1883, when Antonio Pascucci burst into flames with a passion for coffee…
THE WAY OF COFFEE
The coffee belt is a zone that stretches from the 23rd north to the 25th southern parallel. The countries in this zone are characterized by ideal conditions for growing the coffee plant, which needs fertile soil, moderate temperatures and a greater amount of precipitation. Therefore, Pascucci Torrefazione imports coffee mainly from these areas.
The family business has been dedicated to coffee, hard work and learning from history for almost 140 years and has brought the processing of its coffee to almost perfection. Currently, Caffé Pascucci is among the top 10 brands in the café industry in Italy.
The result? The combination of quality coffee beans and traditional processing is a great coffee that you can also enjoy in our operations. Our baristas prepare coffee in accordance with the history of the concept, which is why we also use the motto: Pascucci – That’s a different coffee!!! Our coffee is really different.
CONCEPT OF PASCUCCI CAFFÉ SHOP
The first café under the trade name Caffé Pascucci shop was opened by Dino Pascucci in Monte Cerinone at the end of the 19th century. After the CPS café concept successfully established itself in the Italian market, it crossed the borders of Italy where these cafes are operated in the form of a franchise. Currently, there are almost 650 cafes around the world.
For the Czech market, Coloseum Holding a.s. has become a master franchisee.
